The KM-2125 contactor consists of the following main units: contact and arc-extinguishing, mobile, electromagnetic systems; contacts of the auxiliary circuit and the base. Contact system of the contactor - bridge type.
The movable contact of the closing main contact is fixed on the lath of the mobile system. The stationary contacts are located in the arc extinguishing chamber. The movable contact is mounted on the guide shoe in the contact holder. Contact pressing is created by the spring and is regulated by washers.
The movable contact and the fixed contacts of the breaking main contact are located in the arc extinguishing chamber.
The contact bridge is installed in the insulating plug, with which the contact opens. The insulating plug moves in the guide bushing. Contact pressing is created by a spring.
The movable contact of the DC contactor of 350 A consists of two lever contacts connected by a flexible coupling.
For DC contactors of 350 A, the current is supplied to the output portions of the stationary contacts protruding from the chamber. The electric arc is extinguished in the arc extinguishing chamber. The arc extinguishing chamber consists of a chamber base and a cover made of arc-resistant press materials.
In the cover of the DC contactor chamber there is a narrow zigzag gap closed by a flame arrestor.
At a constant current, the arc is extinguished by means of electromagnetic blast created by the arc quenching coil and the cheeks of the magnetic circuit, alternating current at the KM2125 contactors at 350A-with steel deion plates mounted in the base and the chamber cover.
The moving system consists of a bracket and a bar on which movable contacts and contact parts of the auxiliary circuit are attached. The mobile system is hinged with the armature and is partially balanced by the load with the help of the levers. The electromagnetic system consists of a core, an armature and a coil
